What this website is

This site describes services offered by Clarke Data Co. and lets you get in touch or book an introductory call. Everything on it is general information about those services.

Pricing shown here is indicative

Prices and ranges on this site are starting points to help you judge whether a conversation is worth having. They are not offers and not binding quotes. Actual price depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Example dashboards

The dashboards shown on this site are illustrative. They are built from sample or publicly available data to demonstrate layout and approach. They are not client work, do not contain any client's data, and the figures in them are not real business results.

Not professional advice

Accuracy of analysis

Any analysis I produce depends on the data provided to me. If that data is incomplete, inaccurate, or not representative, the conclusions drawn from it will be too. I take reasonable care, but I can't warrant that outputs are error-free or that acting on them will produce any particular business result.

Services are separately contracted

Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not create a contract for services. Paid work begins only once scope, price and terms are agreed in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and code of this site belong to Clarke Data Co., except where stated. You may view and share it, but please don't copy substantial parts for your own commercial use without permission.

Sample dashboards use public-domain government data, credited where used. Power BI, Excel and Microsoft are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; referring to them here does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Microsoft.

Third-party services

The booking scheduler is provided by Cal.com and is subject to their terms and privacy policy. I'm not responsible for third-party services or any site you reach from a link here.

Availability

I try to keep the site available and accurate but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and I may change or remove content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarke Data Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid me in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you agree to that venue.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.

Who you are contracting with

If the business is later incorporated, these terms will be updated to name the new entity and the date at the top will change.
