Short version: this site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and shows no advertising. The only third-party technology on the page is the booking scheduler.

None. Clarke Data Co. does not place any cookies on your device, and there is no analytics, advertising, or tracking software installed. Nothing about your visit is recorded for marketing.
The booking scheduler
The “Book an Appointment” section embeds a scheduler provided by Cal.com. Because it's embedded, your browser requests content directly from Cal.com when that part of the page loads. Through that request Cal.com may:
- Receive your IP address and browser information, as any web request involves;
- Set cookies or use browser storage needed to make the scheduler work, such as keeping your selected timezone;
- Receive the name, email and answers you enter if you complete a booking.
This is governed by Cal.com's privacy policy. I don't receive any browsing data through it — only the details of bookings actually made.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and reliability. That is ordinary web-server operation rather than tracking, and those logs aren't used to build any profile of you.
Why there's no cookie banner
Consent banners exist for non-essential tracking — analytics, advertising, and profiling. This site does none of those things, and does not sell or share personal information. Under the US state privacy laws that apply here, the requirement is clear notice rather than up-front consent, which is what this page provides.
If analytics are ever added, this page will be updated first and appropriate controls added.
Controlling cookies yourself
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking them will not affect this site, since it sets none — though it may stop the embedded scheduler from working, in which case email me and we'll arrange a time directly.
